1. Serving Both Halves of Malaysia
Two service areas are covered at present. Both are listed.
Peninsular Malaysia — all states.
East Malaysia — Sabah & Sarawak.
2. Preparing the Order
Preparation comes first. The Customer is told when it ends.
Processing time — every order is processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Dispatch notice — a confirmation email carrying the tracking information follows dispatch.
3. Estimating the Transit
Transit follows the destination. The Company does not offer overnight or next-day delivery.
Those figures are estimates. Courier operations, seasonal holidays and extreme weather can change them.
4. Charging for Delivery
Delivery is free. One exception exists.
Free shipping — the standard shipping fee is waived on every order.
The exception — bulk or specialised promotional orders may carry a fee calculated at checkout from total weight and destination, where applicable.
5. Tracking the Parcel
Tracking is sent, not requested.
The reference — a tracking number and a direct link go out by email or SMS once the courier partner holds the parcel.
The link — it shows the parcel’s progress in real time.
